Reaching out to family and friends can make a massive difference to
your support structure. The more people that you trust to talk to, the
more people you can lean on when you need them. Your family and
friends are probably waiting for you to reach out to them and perhaps
do not know the best way to talk to you about the diagnosis. Try
reaching out to one family member or friend this week and see if it
